Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain tasks related to site infrastructure creation and installation.
- Attend and contribute to weekly APAC project meetings.
- Track critical project milestones and flag any potential timeline risks.
- Monitor and report on equipment shipment and delivery status.
- Provide technical documentation and update internal knowledge bases/wikis.
- Develop and maintain project checklists, tools, and deployment templates.
- Manage project resource planning and scheduling.
- Conduct weekly syncs with the team to review project progress and provide support as needed.
- Oversee assigned projects through to completion and handover, ensuring accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in network deployment and infrastructure installation.
- Proven experience supporting cross-functional teams in large-scale office, manufacturing, or data center deployment projects.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
