Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and share engaging content across social media channels to increase brand visibility and audience engagement
Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms to foster meaningful interactions and address customer inquiries
Maintain social media calendars to ensure consistent posting aligned with promotions, events, and company milestones
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to identify new engagement opportunities
Track and report key social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve strategies
Stay updated on social media best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to suggest and implement improvements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Expert
Exceptional consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
Proven experience in social networking and familiarity with social analytics tools
Understanding of web design, web development, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and search engine optimization (SEO)
Knowledge of online marketing and proficiency in major marketing channels
Upbeat attitude, detail-oriented, customer-focused, with strong multitasking and organizational skills
