Job Description

The Market Research Analyst will play a crucial role in understanding consumer behavior, analyzing market trends, and identifying business opportunities. You’ll work closely with the management and marketing teams to support strategic decision-making and improve overall competitiveness in the automotive sector.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
• Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and tools related to financial and market risks
• Monitor competitors’ activities and performance in the market
• Design surveys, analyze data, and prepare research reports with actionable recommendations
• Assist in the planning and evaluation of marketing strategies
• Provide insights to improve product positioning and customer engagement
• Advise management on potential risk exposures and mitigation strategies

• Masters Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in market research, data analytics, or business intelligence
• Strong analytical skills with experience in research tools, surveys, and reporting platforms
• Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
