General Manager – Group of Chinese Restaurants

We are a well-established and growing group of Chinese restaurants known for delivering authentic cuisine, warm hospitality, and exceptional dining experiences. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our multi-location operations and drive continued success.

The Role

You will work closely with restaurant managers, chefs, and senior leadership to ensure each location operates at the highest standards.

• Lead and manage daily operations across multiple restaurant locations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow revenue and customer base.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and service, with a strong focus on Chinese cuisine.
• Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and key staff to build high-performing teams.
• Monitor and manage budgets, profit margins, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen leaders on menu development and seasonal offerings.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and events in alignment with brand goals.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, health, and labor regulations.
• Oversee supply chain, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
• Introduce and implement technologies to enhance operations and reporting.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or Multi-Site Manager in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Chinese cuisine and food culture is highly preferred.
• Excellent financial, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
