Job Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the hotel’s reputation by increasing positive guest reviews.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent service standards.
  • Manage and coordinate OTA (Online Travel Agency) bookings and ensure reservation accuracy.
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or related supervisory role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with OTA systems and reservation management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest feedback professionally.
  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
  • Work Schedule: 6 days per week (1 day off per week)
