Sunscreen Singapore Pte Ltd is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Quantity Surveyor as works similar as Sales Support with handling sub-contractor job.

Responsibilities:

Prepare submission of tender documents, review, and negotiable
Ability to prepare quotations for our company own product to main-con/ direct owner
Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings
Technical drawing, final check and submission
Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner submission
Assist to manage Director's client / company direct client

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor / Architectural, Building Construction, Landscaping Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably within the industry (custruction sub-con)
Taking care for the quantity surveying related duties (our products: Manual Blind, Motorised Blind & Awning)
Independent, resourceful, willing to learn and organized with positive work attitude
