Production Warehouse Supervisor - Choa Chu Kang

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in our production and warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who ensures efficient production processes, accurate inventory management, and a safe, organized workspace.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production and warehouse activities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor workflow, equipment, and materials to maintain continuous operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and inventory.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with some supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, warehouse systems, and inventory control.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or supply chain training is a plus.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
