Financial Analyst -AP/AR

My client is the regional headquarters of a globally recognized manufacturer in the automotive and industrial machinery sector. Established in Singapore in 1996, the company plays a strategic role in supporting business development and operational coordination across Asia, with a strong focus on innovation, reliability, and sustainable mobility solutions.

The Singapore office serves as a key regional hub, overseeing wholesale distribution of automotive components, facilitating machinery trading for vehicle production, and providing strategic consultation to affiliated entities. It also drives new investment initiatives and supports expansion efforts throughout ASEAN and other international markets.

• Managing daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
• Reviewing and verifying parked Debit and Credit Notes
• Assisting with payment runs and ensuring accuracy of bank uploads
• Planning and executing FX Netting within the Group, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing bank reconciliations and maintaining the cashbook
• Ensuring proper documentation and accounting records for audit compliance
• Preparing GST returns for e-submission
• Ensuring all transactions adhere to Treasury and Accounting guidelines
• Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing financial controls and processes across the Group

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or a related role within an MNC environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with SAP is highly valued
• Experience using Bloomberg Terminal is preferred
• Knowledge of foreign exchange (FX) processes would be beneficial, though not essential
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage tight reporting deadlines under pressure
• Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
