As an Operations Executive, Dialysis Centre, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Set up SOPs, manage facilities, machines, inventory, and stocks/consumables
• Ensure smooth operation of the centre, including patient care, maintenance, and regulatory compliance
• Handle vendor relationships, supervise staff, and create training for cleaners
• Coordinate annual fire drills, preventive maintenance, and facility issues resolution
• Support in managing difficult patients and update operational policies
• Organize meetings, collaborate across departments, and assist with budgeting
• Participate in process improvements and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Able to work on weekends in case of emergencies.
