• Assisting the team with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, and meat
• Keep the kitchen and cooking area tidy and clean, using the ‘clean as you go’ approach to be more effective and efficient
• Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene
• Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes.
• Organizing and correctly storing food supplies.
• Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Senior Cook
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
• Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely, consistent, and visually appealing manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
• Communicate effectively with the server to ensure customer orders are fulfilled promptly
• Comply with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
• A food hygiene certificate is a plus; otherwise, the company will send you to the course

• For Local and PR application only
• 1-2 years relevant experience (Senior Cook)
• Relevant working experience preferred but not required (Junior cook/Assistant Cook)
• At least secondary school education
• Great personal hygiene and grooming standards
• Experience with kitchen equipment
• Understanding of basic food hygiene practices
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work as a team
• Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work
• Must be organized and self-motivated
• Food hygiene certificate preferred
• Able to commit on weekends and public holidays

• OFF ON EVERY MONDAYS
• 6 days, 44 hrs, must be able to work split shifts
• Tues to Sat Lunch 10:10 am to 2:10 pm and Dinner 5:00 pm to 9:30/10:20 pm (depends on customer crowd)
• Sunday Lunch 10:10 am to 2:20 pm and Dinner 5:30 to 9:30 PM
