• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Lead, motivate, and train a team of service crew to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving store targets.
• Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and stock replenishment.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards in accordance with company guidelines.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in retail/F&B supervisory or management roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Passionate about customer service and the F&B industry.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
