Up to 3K per month + 1.5 month yearly performance bonus_ Customer Service Officer_12 months contract (Renewable & Convertible)
Suntec_Government Project- 5 days work week, 44 hours per week (1 weekend OFF)
Rotating Shift - 6.45am to 3.45pm, 8am to 5pm, 9am to 6pm, 11am to 8pm, 12.45pm to 10.45pm (Planned by the hiring manager)
Job Description
Deliver professional customer service to hotline calls.
Be the first point of touch with customers.
Handle and resolving customers enquire and feedback.
Ensure that complaints are monitored and resolved.
Able to handle emergency situations/complains appropriately should the situation arises.
Job Requirements
Min Nitec holder
Min 6 months of customer service in call center environment
Good communication skills and customer service orientated attitude
