Investment Banking Analyst

Position Overview:

As a Senior Analyst in our talented Investment Banking team, you will play a critical role in executing transactions and providing financial advisory services for clients across Southeast Asia.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile deals, develop key relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our investment banking practice in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on projects alongside bankers in specific industry, product and country coverage groups, providing you with a unique learning opportunity
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction execution
• Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings
• Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation
• Conducting comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research
• Participation in due diligence sessions, communications and interaction with deal team members
• Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions
• Assist the team deliver solutions to clients leveraging full spectrum of the bank's capabilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields. Candidates with less than two year's relevant working experience will not be considered
• Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills
• Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluency in English. Indonesian Bahasa fluency is highly desirable.
