Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Treasury Manager.

• Oversee daily treasury operations, ensuring efficient cash management and group financing, including cash flow positioning and loan drawdowns.
• Direct cash management strategies to improve working capital and reduce financing costs; analyze and forecast cash collections and disbursements.
• Evaluate the cost of capital and analyze macroeconomic trends to support funding and capital planning decisions.
• Execute effective risk management strategies and determine optimal hedging approaches to minimize FX exposure risk.
• Support the development and implementation of cash management policies and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage banking relationships, review bank services, and optimize banking performance; coordinate with external parties for smooth operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant treasury experience, ideally in a regional or global role.
• Preferred CPA or CFA designation.
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting concepts, with critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in foreign currency exposure analysis and hedge strategies is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
