Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of marketing plans
• Provide overall marketing campaign direction based on local market insights and consumer behavior
• Monitor, conduct market research, analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning for growth
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, special events, and partnerships to boost sales and brand awareness
• Lead and manage the marketing team to deliver measurable results and support overall business growth
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed
• Build and maintain relationships with media, vendors, and local community partners
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including digital and print advertising, social media content, and newsletters
• Maintain and update the company's website and other digital platforms
• Prepare monthly reports on marketing activities, analyzing their effectiveness and providing key actionable learnings
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
• At least 5 years of marketing experience in Singapore
• Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM, analytics, and digital marketing platforms
• Familiar with local customs and F&B markets
• Experience in Public Relation management will be advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Good team player
• Strong understanding of the Singapore market, local consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
