Assistant Manager (Digital Business Operations) - up to $6000 - Choa Chu Kang

Salary: $4000 - $6000 + Bonus

• Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely delivery of digital projects for the business user end
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems
• Perform User Acceptance Testing and Quality assurance for new features on digital channels
• Provide support and assist Manager with project documentation, planning, requirement gathering, test scripting, project timeline tracking, etc.
• Support the management team with various administrative and reporting tasks
• Assist the other business functions (i.e. sales, customer service and business reporting) backend operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes

• Degree holder with min. 3+ years of experience in a similar role or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in digital project management, User Acceptance Testing and Quality Assurance for systems implementation
• Familiarity with CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Power BI).
• Some experience in business operations
