Operations Executive (Operations & Logistics)

The Operations Executive (Operations & Logistics) is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of daily operational activities, covering procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination. This role ensures products and materials move efficiently, records are accurate, and all processes comply with relevant internal policies and external regulations.

• Handle procurement activities, including identifying suitable vendors, raising purchase orders, and monitoring order fulfilment.
• Engage with suppliers to ensure consistent delivery performance and compliance with required quality and handling standards.
• Oversee stock levels and ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support forecasting and align supply availability with business demand.
• Perform routine inventory checks and investigate any variances or discrepancies.
• Manage the movement of goods for both incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
• Work closely with logistics providers to arrange shipments and obtain competitive freight rates.
• Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to shipping and distribution activities.
• Assist in internal coordination processes to support product readiness and ensure adherence to relevant standards.
• Review and process invoices, while monitoring costs associated with purchasing and logistics activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry within ERP systems, including regular reconciliation of records.
• Generate reports on inventory status, operational performance, and cost metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support day-to-day operations and key initiatives such as process changes.
