Part Time Retail Assistant (Sunday)

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Part-Time Retail Assistant to join our team on Sunday at our aquarium retail shop. The role involves assisting customers, maintaining shop cleanliness, and ensuring livestock and aquatic products are well cared for and presented attractively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with product inquiries.
• Handle sales transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
• Assist in feeding and caring for fish and aquatic plants.
• Refill stocks and ensure product displays are tidy and appealing.
• Support other retail operations as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Able to commit to working every Sunday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
• Interest in aquariums, aquatic plants, or fishkeeping is a must.
• Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented.
• Able to work independently and in a small team environment.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
