Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm

Working Location: Middle Road
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for account management in fulfilling clients’ staffing needs.
- Conduct cold calling to reach out to potential leads to identify new business opportunities.
- Support in full cycle of talent sourcing, screening, interviews and shortlisting of candidates
- Working with admin team closely for the work pass allocation and on-boarding processes.
- Ensuring KPIs and goals are met
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business or any related field
- Experience working in Sales or business development role is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated individual with a positive work attitude
- Energetic, Ambitious, resourceful and initiative
