Working Location: Middle Road

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for account management in fulfilling clients’ staffing needs.
• Conduct cold calling to reach out to potential leads to identify new business opportunities.
• Support in full cycle of talent sourcing, screening, interviews and shortlisting of candidates
• Working with admin team closely for the work pass allocation and on-boarding processes.
• Ensuring KPIs and goals are met
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business or any related field
• Experience working in Sales or business development role is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated individual with a positive work attitude
• Energetic, Ambitious, resourceful and initiative
• Enjoy engaging with people
• Great team players
