Service Technician

Principal Responsibilities:

• To perform monthly service, service repair & others service related jobs in accordance with service response & service quality.
• To support direct supervisor or HOD in daily activities and daily operation.
• To ensure all services schedules and logistics support are properly coordinated and completed within allocate d time frame without the needs for unnecessary overtime.
• To ensure that all equipment is properly maintained in order to reduce the number of repeat service callouts.
• To discuss, follow-up and seek immediate supervisor’s attention whenever there is discrepancy, site related issues or the service schedule could not be completed on time.
• To submit all FSR’s to immediate supervisor for review upon completion of service orders.
• To accomplish departmental goals and company goals through dedication and team work.
• Other ac-hoc duties as assigned.
• The company may at anytime as deemed necessary, to add or amend any of these job functions.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:

• 1-2 years working experience in air-conditioning service activities.
• Able to work long hours as and when required.
• Excellent integrity and ethical standards. Good personality and interpersonal skill.
• Proactive, innovative, analytical-minded and team player.
• Malaysian with work permit or singapore citizen or permanent residence are encourage to apply
• Possess driving license for Goods Vehicle

Education Requirements:

• Refrigeration competency certifications from recognized institute.
• Fresh entry without certifications will also be considered. Training will be provided.
