Choa Chu Kang - Account Executive / Senior Account Executive (West/ 5D / Salary up $3.5K)

Your Role

You will process of AP & AR for daily invoicing, perform monthly GST filing, payroll & assist HR department.

• Handle full sets of accounts duties and analyse accounts and perform reconciliation.
• Produce financial reports to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Maintain billings and reports, verify all billings and reconciled to the general ledger and daily finance operations
• Responsibility for Account Receivable, Account Payable and bank reconciliation
• Responsible for timely preparation of monthly & quarterly financial reports
• Liaise with the team for month end closing of accounts
• To ensure accounting, regulations, and internal controls in all financial activities.
• Liaise with auditors, bank, government or operation in financial audits,
• Any other duties assigned

• Min Diploma & above in accounting/ LCCI/ Finance or equivalent
• At least 5 years working experience accounting related field
• Must know how to use sysfreight systems
• Proficient in MS office & Excel application
• Strong sense of responsibility, mature, self - motivated, proactive, attention to details, meticulous and work independently
• Good team player and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle stress, tight deadlines and multi-tasking
