Technical Project Manager (18-months Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead key transformation initiatives. With outstanding organisational, project, and stakeholder management skills, you will deliver impactful solutions to strengthen business operations and shape new capabilities for the company.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Manage DX projects from conception to deployment.
• Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
• Manage stakeholders and vendors to keep scope, cost, and schedule on track.

• Develop and operationalise SOPs for new systems.
• Ensure documentation is comprehensive, maintained and up-to-date.
• Ensure governance and compliance with corporate policies (Data and Information Security, PDPA, AI Governance, IT Policies etc) and perform periodic audits.
• Identify, report, and manage risks/issues.
• Oversee user support processes and resolution with vendors.
• Manage overall DX team administration and scheduling.

• Lead the planning and execution of system deployment, data migration, and business enablement efforts to drive successful adoption.
• Engage regularly with stakeholders to facilitate change management and monitor feedback.
• Prepare and present regular updates to management and oversight committees.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE:

• Minimum Degree in IT, Project Management, Business or related fields
• Min. 3 years working experience in technical project management.
• Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps and application architecture.

Soft skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Meticulous and organised with good time management.
• Proactive, accountable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Added advantages:

• Certification(s) such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMI-ACP (PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), etc.
• Experience in data management or related systems.
• Knowledge of Market Research / Data Analytics industry.
• Understanding of data protection, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or networking.
