IT Operations Executive (No Experience Required)

Our Client:

IT/ Engineering Industry (Government Sector)
Rotating Shift (8AM – 8PM / 8PM – 8AM)
Ang Mo Kio (Company transport provided from Yio Chu Kang)
UP $3300 Basic + Shift Allowance + Variable Bonus (Up to 3 Months)

Responsibilities:

Monitor and support operational systems such as ACS, CCTV, KMS to ensure smooth performance.
Respond to system alerts, alarms, and incidents in real time to minimise downtime and service disruption.
Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the relevant support teams according to escalation procedures.
Maintain operational logs, incident reports and ensure compliance with security policies and SOPs.

Requirements:

Min. Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
No Experience Required, Training will be provided
