IT Support Engineer - Bukit Merah

The position is to be it Support Engineer in the Service Desk team in Singapore.

The role involves supporting offices throughout the company. It is an on site position and we do expect you to spend most of your time in the office to build community and efficiency in the team.

• Work closely with other IT staff members to share knowledge, coordinate tasks, and support projects.
• Install and configure a wide range of hardware and software solutions, including support for office moves.
• Manage user access, facilitating smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Oversee software licenses and stocks of equipment, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and optimizing resource allocation.
• Assist in the completion of scheduled maintenance and upgrade activities, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Exeprienced in stock/asset management (hardware lifecycle)

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 / Office 365, including the setup and troubleshooting of Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, as well as user administration within the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Experienced in Active Directory for user and access management, covering the creation, correction, and deactivation of accounts, managing rights on files, folders, and systems, and working with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager), where you manage devices across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android platforms, ensuring proper registration, administration, and application deployment.
• Skilled in PowerShell scripting, enabling you to reset passwords, quickly create new users with groups and mailboxes, extract reports on inactive users, and deploy software packages through the integration of Intune and PowerShell.
• Experienced in supplier/vendor management, ordering hardware equipment, licenses and subscriptions
