Job Summary
The Audio Visual Content Manager is responsible for the visual identity and digital storytelling of the venue. This role sits at the intersection of live production and digital marketing, overseeing everything that appears on our screens—from live concert visuals and LED wall content to high-end social media recaps.You will manage the full lifecycle of AV content, ensuring that every performance is visually immersive and every digital touchpoint reflects the high-octane energy of our Live House.
Key Responsibilities- Live Visual Production
- VJ & Content Operation: Design, curate, and trigger motion graphics and live visuals during performances to complement artist sets.
- Technical Setup: Manage the operation and basic maintenance of LED walls, projectors, media servers and signal processors.
- Artist Collaboration: Advance with touring VJs or management to integrate artist-specific visuals into the venue’s hardware systems.
- Content Creation & Documentation
- Videography & Photography: Capture high-quality photo and video coverage of live sets, behind-the-scenes moments, and audience engagement.
- Post-Production: Edit "after-movies," sizzle reels, and promotional clips for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok with a fast turnaround.
- Archiving: Maintain a structured digital asset management system for all venue media, ensuring easy access for internal teams and external PR.
- Digital Signage & Branding
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual output aligns with the venue’s brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.
Ad Hoc Tasks
In the fast-paced environment of a live venue, you will be required to pivot quickly to support the team:
- Livestream Support: Set up and monitor multi-cam streams or "Live" broadcasts on social platforms during surprise sets or special events.
- Graphic Design Emergencies: Create last-minute digital assets.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist the Sound and Light departments with cable runs, signal issues, or network troubleshooting during high-pressure changeovers.
- Artist Content Requests: Provide quick-turnaround clips to performing artists for their personal social media channels to increase venue visibility.
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned.
