Senior Sales Engineer (Heavy Equipment) - Jurong West

Our client is a MNC in Equipment Manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Senior Sales Engineer to be part of their Sales team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West – easily accessible.

Responsibilities of Senior Sales Engineer:

• Plan, lead, and oversee sales activities for a specific region, product line, or market segment to meet sales targets.
• Develop sales budgets, strategies, and campaigns, and manage the sales team’s daily operations.
• Negotiate with key existing and potential customers.
• Collaborate with dealers in assigned countries to drive sales growth, market share, and profitability.
• Prepare sales forecasts and monitor performance against targets, adjusting resources as needed.
• Provide market insights to support sales, pricing, retention, and distribution strategies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in engineering field
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in heavy equipment industry
• Good interpersonal skills
