Import/Export Customer Service (Officer / Executive)

Location: East Area

Salary: Up to $4200 (Commensurate with experience)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Job Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Respond to customer bookings promptly and provide flight details within 1 hour of receipt.
Process export work orders and ensure compliance with export documentation and regulations.
Apply for export permits and complete customs processes accurately and on time.
Answer calls professionally and provide timely shipment updates to customers.
Coordinate closely with internal departments such as Operations, Warehouse, Traffic, and Planning.
Verify and update airfreight rates to ensure accuracy.
Stay up to date on airline and government requirements.
Prepare and submit monthly customer reports promptly.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment handling.
Collaborate with Sales and other teams for special arrangements when needed.

Job Requirements

Relevant experience in export, logistics, or freight forwarding.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
