HR Business Partner (Construction / Engineering)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner to support our growing operations. In this role, you will work closely with site managers and leadership teams to drive effective HR practices, support workforce planning, and enhance employee engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for a diverse workforce, including site staff, engineers, and administrative employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with applicable employment laws
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and attendance tracking
- Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment
- Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and workplace concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Drive performance management processes, as well as training and development programs
- Partner with site managers on workforce planning and manpower allocation
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights on workforce trends to support decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience. Experience in construction, engineering, or industrial environments is an advantage
- Good knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
