Our client, an established Financial Institution, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Relationship Manager to join them.

As an integral member of the team, you will leverage your expertise to work closely with the Relationship Manager to deliver high quality services to HNW clients in the Greater China markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide essential support to Relationship Manager in managing client relationships.
• Oversee critical operational tasks including account opening/maintenance, trading, transfers, and ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
• Serve as a key liaison between clients and Relationship Managers, ensuring that client instructions are executed promptly and accurately.
• Assist Relationship Managers with meeting preparation and travel arrangements
• Any other ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with a relevant specialization in the fields of Finance
• At least 3 years of prior experience in a similar function within the Wealth Management industry
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Possesses CMFAS qualifications
• Ability converse fluently in English and Mandarin Chinese as some clients might prefer to liaise in the given languages
