Senior Finance Manager (Project Industrial Engineering)
This is a Senior Finance Manager position with full ownership of finance operations, reporting and governance for the Singapore entity. The role supports the Head of Finance while operating in a multi‑currency, project‑based environment.

Description
Reporting to the Head of Finance & Business Support, this role takes full accountability for the accuracy, integrity and completeness of financial reporting and controls.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership of month‑end and year‑end close, statutory and management reporting
- Ensuring compliance with SFRS/FRS and reconciliation to Group and US GAAP
- End‑to‑end oversight of finance operations including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets and reconciliations
- Acting as technical accounting lead and primary point of contact for external auditors
- Managing GST, withholding tax and corporate tax matters, including current and deferred tax
- Supporting SOX and internal audit reviews, including remediation of findings
- Delivering high‑quality management reporting, budgeting and forecasting support
- Monitoring working capital, cash flow and multi‑currency liquidity
- Representing Finance in ERP implementation, including process design, fit‑gap analysis and UAT
- Driving continuous improvement in finance processes, controls and data integrity
Profile
You are a hands‑on, ownership‑driven finance professional who is comfortable operating in complex environments.
Key requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance with a recognised professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
- At least 10 years of relevant experience owning end‑to‑end finance operations within a multinational or project‑based organisation
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (SFRS/IFRS) with sound judgement on estimates and accounting positions
- Solid exposure to statutory reporting, audit and corporate taxation
- Experience supporting SOX or structured control environments is advantageous
- Hands‑on involvement in ERP or finance system implementation (SAP preferred)
- Strong Excel capability; Power BI exposure is a plus
- Confident communicator able to engage auditors, advisors and internal stakeholder
- A senior finance role with genuine ownership and decision‑making authority
- Exposure to regional and global stakeholders in a multinational environment
- Involvement in finance transformation and ERP initiatives
- A stable organisation with clear investment in governance and systems
