Sales Admin/ Sales Support Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to sales and operations teams to ensure smooth daily functions
  • Prepare quotations, DO, PO, invoices, and sales-related documentation accurately
  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments to track orders and deliveries
  • Maintain and update customer databases, reports, and filing systems
  • Assist in organizing meetings, schedules, and follow up on sales inquiries

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O/N Level, ITE, or Diploma in Business Admin, or a related field
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities

Front Desk Admin

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage front desk enquiries
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling
  • Support daily office operations and coordinate with internal teams
  • Handle basic invoicing and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate with external parties for required processing and follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with invoicing and basic billing processes.
