Marketing Specialist [1 Year Contract / Emerging Market / Ecommerce]

RecruitFirst is hiring! We are looking for passionate and energetic talents as a Marketing Specialist to join my client in the Tech Industry!

• Utilize data-driven insights to analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs.
• Manage daily marketing operations, including budget tracking, project coordination, and vendor management.
• Assist with PO and contract processes in collaboration with finance, legal, and tax teams, maintain marketing tools and templates, and handle ad-hoc marketing analytics requests.
• Develop engaging, market-specific content for Asia Growth Markets’ SMB sellers and collaborate with teams like commercial, product, legal, and Public Relations for internal campaigns.
• Provide on-ground support for multi-location content productions, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance advertisement visibility and reach in the target markets
• Collaborate with external partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and promotions
• Contribute to the development and execution of GTM strategies for contents and program launches
• Monitor GTM performance and make recommendations for optimization with channel owners

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Prior experience in Marketing, Digital Advertising, E-commerce will be added advantage
