Key Responsibilities- Daily Operations: Ensure smooth operations and the maintenance of a safe and secure environment.
- Resident Welfare: Provide care and supervision, ensuring residents' well-being and safety.
- Programs & Activities: Plan and conduct daily programs to enrich residents’ lives.
- Care Planning: Develop individualized care plans and provide regular case updates.
- Administrative Duties: Handle records, incident reporting, and emergency contingency plans.
- Emergency Response: Respond effectively to crises and implement contingency measures as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive and seamless care for residents.
