Customer Service Officer (Part Time) - Stadium
C&W Services Bedok Part-time
Working hour: Part-time work schedule between weekday and weekend, 4pm to 11pm (Weekdays), 8am to 3pm (weekend)
This role is responsible for providing top quality customer service, acting as a one-stop service across our entire product/service range.
About the Role:
- Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls by providing accurate and consistent information
- Ability to communicate clearly and manage customers' feedback
- Organized and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
- Maintain good service delivery
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
About You:
- O' Levels & above, or other equivalent certifications
- Commit for 3 months
- Able to start work the following week after the interview
