Project Admin Assistant - 6 Months Contract

Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry for resource deployment on various projects
  • Support in administrative duties and ensure proper filing of project documentation
  • Manning of Company’s administration (key register list, store inventory list, insurance list, inventory list, equipment list, vehicle list etc)
  • Manning of helpdesk phone
  • Liaising or sourcing of vendors or suppliers for information
  • Handling of Safety & ISO documentation
  • Other ad-hoc duties will be assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels /NITEC/Diploma and above
  • Proficient in MS office applications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Required)

Work Location: In person

  • 6-month contract with the possibility of conversion to full-time.
