About the Company

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Store Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of one of our retail outlets.

• Oversee the daily operations of the grocery store to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Manage store staff including scheduling, training, and performance supervision
• Ensure adequate stock levels of all essential products, especially fresh produce and meat
• Monitor inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the purchasing team
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the store
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Supervise product displays, store layout, and promotional activities
• Track sales performance and support the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives
• Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and ensure compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with headquarters on pricing, promotions, and logistics matters

• At least 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supermarket or grocery setting
• Good understanding of store operations, especially handling perishable goods like meat and fish
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices
• Familiar with point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office.

• 6-day work week including weekends and public holidays
• Shift work may be required based on store needs
