Duties:
Deal Setup & Support- Assist Front Office in preparing and setting up financing deals
- Ensure deals comply with credit approvals and internal policies
- Review legal documents and ensure accuracy
- Act as the main point of contact between borrowers, lenders, and internal teams
- Manage loan activities such as drawdowns, rate fixing, rollovers, and amendments
- Handle requests like waivers, consents, and transaction changes
- Track loan performance, outstanding amounts, and client obligations
- Monitor collateral, covenants, and limits
- Support reporting and valuation inputs
Requirement:
- Degree in Banking, Finance, or Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in syndicated loans / middle office / structured finance
- Strong analytical and credit understanding
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
