Our client is an established Energy & Heavy Infrastructure business with robust capabilities. Looking to hire a resilient, assertive and hands-on CFO who thrives in an unstructured and highly matrix environment.

Requirements- Degree qualified (MBA, CPA or CFA will be a plus)
- To come from Asset Heavy sectors - Energy/ Infrastructure/ Renewable Energy business
- Ability to understand complex project agreements
- Nurturing leader with strong team management experience, with a proven track record managing large teams across the full spectrum of Finance & Accounting
- Experience in M&A/Corporate Finance/Investment, in managing Joint Ventures (familiarity with post-M&A integration will be helpful too)
- Experience in driving transformation and system implementation initiatives
- Worked in a matrix reporting environment
- International mindset, concise and sharp in communication, resilient, meticulous, strong influencing and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with diverse group of stakeholders, including board members and HQ stakeholders
Job Scope
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be responsible for managing finance team members across regional locations and be hands-on in your approach in overseeing the Finance function. With solid expertise around finance processes, you will drive rigorous financial reporting and presentation to the Group, budgeting and forecasting to ensure centralized financial management.You will ensure consistent and accurate business planning & analytics, provide financial guidance to commercial leaders and advise aspects around financial risks and margin improvement. You will oversee treasury, ensure tax risks and exposure are well managed, and have strong familiarity with M&A, investment and management of joint ventures.
You will also support in cash and debt management, cost management and drive working capital improvement. This is a key position working closely with the HQ and executive team in driving positive capital efficiency and margin expansion. The successful candidate also has strong transformation and system implementation experience, with an ability to improve existing processes and drive ERP implementation project.
