Role Description

This is an entry-level full-time role suitable for someone who wants to build a career in travel, hospitality, customer experience, or operations.

You will support the team across customer enquiries, itinerary planning, quotations, supplier coordination, booking follow-ups, travel documents, and day-to-day travel operations. You will also get hands-on exposure to golf destinations, international suppliers, customer communication, and the systems we use to manage enquiries and bookings.

Training and mentorship will be provided. For the right candidate, this role offers a long-term growth path into travel operations, customer experience, supplier coordination, team supervision, and eventually a management role within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, email, website forms, and other channels
  • Help prepare golf holiday itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals
  • Coordinate with overseas golf courses, hotels, transport companies, and travel partners
  • Support booking confirmations, payment follow-ups, travel documents, and pre-trip communication
  • Maintain accurate customer, supplier, itinerary, and booking information in internal systems
  • Research golf destinations, hotels, golf courses, local logistics, and travel experiences
  • Assist with golf events, tournaments, group trips, and corporate travel arrangements when required
  • Support the team with general travel operations and customer service tasks
Requirements
  • No prior travel industry experience required
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Good communication and customer service mindset
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes carefully
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, online tools, spreadsheets, and internal systems
  • Willingness to learn about golf travel, destinations, suppliers, and operations
  • Organised, responsible, and able to manage follow-ups
  • Interest in travel, hospitality, sports, customer experience, or operations will be helpful
  • Golf knowledge is not required, but an interest in learning about golf travel will be useful
