Key Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse and administrative processes
- Engage with ground staff and operational leaders to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Implement projects to improve productivity, safety, sustainability, and overall efficiency
- Introduce and adopt digital tools and automation to streamline workflows
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support implementation of improvement initiatives
- Present project proposals and outcomes to stakeholders for approval
- Monitor and achieve performance targets such as cost savings, process improvements, and sustainability goals
- Support ongoing optimisation of operations through data analysis and reporting
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, WMS, and order processing will be advantageous
- Familiarity or willingness to learn tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, or Python
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
