• Oversee check-in operations and greet passengers with professionalism and care.
• Ensure a smooth, timely, and efficient departure experience for all travelers.
• Offer dedicated support to passengers with special needs, ensuring their comfort and convenience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service within premium lounges at Changi Airport, maintaining high standards of hospitality.
