Position Overview:
We are a leading Chinese company in the Food & Beverage industry seeking a seasoned Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our brand strategy and communication efforts. This role is critical in enhancing brand visibility, engaging diverse audiences, and supporting the company’s growth both locally and internationally.The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution across traditional and digital marketing platforms.

Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Negotiate and coordinate with vendors, creative agencies, and media partners to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing communications or procurement roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity—preferably within the Food & Beverage (F&B) or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- Proven track record in brand management, digital marketing, media relations, content strategy, and campaign execution.
- Strong procurement knowledge, including supplier management, contract negotiation, and familiarity with local and international supplier markets relevant to the F&B sector.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling abilities.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in marketing and procurement tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred to facilitate communication with local teams, Chinese-speaking stakeholders, and suppliers.
