The role focuses on driving new business growth within the exhibitions and events industry through proactive client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management. The individual will develop strategic sales opportunities, engage clients with solution-based offerings, and collaborate closely with internal teams to support revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

The Opportunity- Opportunity to be part of the dynamic team to drive business goal for Singapore market
- Proven experience within a business development or sales-focused role, preferably with exposure to the events, exhibitions, trade show, or digital advertising industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving new business acquisition within a solution-oriented B2B/B2C sales environment.
- Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including experience managing key accounts within sizeable organisations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with confidence in delivering presentations and engaging clients across face-to-face, virtual, written, and phone interactions.
- Results-driven individual with a solid track record of achieving sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for maintaining customer records, managing pipelines, and supporting sales forecasting activities.
- Drive new business acquisition and expand market presence within the exhibitions and events industry through proactive outreach and strategic prospecting activities.
- Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities to maintain a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
- Engage and qualify prospective clients by understanding their business needs and positioning tailored solutions to address their challenges.
- Strengthen customer relationships through consultative discussions, face-to-face meetings, and solution-driven presentations to support long-term partnerships.
- Generate revenue through consistent lead generation efforts, outbound sales activities, and timely management of inbound enquiries.
- Utilize social selling and networking strategies to enhance brand visibility, build connections, and nurture potential business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance updates while identifying market trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align commercial strategies, customer expectations, and business objectives.
