What's the role

We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic product initiative for IG Markets Singapore.

This role goes beyond traditional project management. You will operate as a project lead — aligning regional and global stakeholders, shaping delivery strategy, governing execution in a regulated environment, and ensuring successful localisation of IG’s product suite into Singapore.

You will work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Compliance, Operations and Commercial functions to translate strategy into execution.

This is a high-impact, executive-visible role requiring structured governance, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to drive outcomes in complex, multi-entity environment.

This program is foundational to IG Singapore’s product evolution and long-term growth strategy. Successful delivery will directly impact client acquisition, regulatory positioning and commercial performance in the Singapore market.

What you'll do:

1. Strategic Project Leadership

• Own the end-to-end project plan for deploying the IG Markets product suite into IG Singapore
• Translate strategic objectives into executable delivery plans with clear milestones and value realisation outcomes
• Align regional product strategy with Singapore regulatory and commercial requirements
• Ensure successful transition from build to operational readiness and stabilisation

1. Executive Governance & Stakeholder Influence

• Establish and lead structured governance forums across global and local stakeholders
• Provide clear, data-driven reporting to senior leadership and steering committees
• Drive alignment across competing priorities and manage cross-border dependencies
• Escalate and resolve complex risks impacting regulatory, commercial, or operational outcomes

1. Regulatory & Market Localisation

• Ensure delivery aligns with MAS regulatory requirements and local operating model constraints
• Partner with Compliance and Legal to embed regulatory controls into product implementation
• Manage change control within a regulated financial services environment

1. Delivery Execution & Control

• Define scope, success metrics, and value tracking mechanisms
• Lead RAID management, change governance and structured programme reporting
• Forecast resource requirements and manage delivery capacity
• Apply appropriate controls while enabling Agile teams to deliver at pace

1. Commercial & Business Value Ownership

• Ensure project delivers measurable business value (revenue, efficiency, client experience)
• Monitor cost implications and budget adherence
• Drive operational readiness across Marketing, Trading Services and Finance functions

What you'll need:

• 10+ years of progressive experience delivering complex project initiatives in financial services
• Proven experience leading multi-geography product rollouts or platform implementations
• Strong background in brokerage, share dealing, leveraged products or crypto markets
• Experience operating in MAS-regulated or equivalent Tier-1 regulatory environments
• Demonstrated executive stakeholder management at Director/Managing Director level
• Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks and tooling (JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across time zones
