Job Title: Service Technician (JT-1030)
Location: Tuas (transport provided at Boon Lay)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm, Sat, 9am to 1pm

Basic Salary: up to $3000

Job Responsibilities:

Repair, overhaul, and testing of dispensing/vending machines and their component units
Washing and cleaning of vending machines
Loading and unloading stocks in machines and recording their data
Housekeeping of workshop and machine store
Minor paperwork and answering incoming calls when required
Work both in the field and in-house workshop
Perform other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

Hands-on work experience is required
Possess a Class 3 driving license
Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers regarding technical support and service coordination

Job Title: Field Service Technician (JT-1029)
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Hours: Mon-Sat, 9am to 6pm

Basic Salary: up to $4000

Job Description:

Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair works on automated machines
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
Ensure machines are operating safely and efficiently
Replace faulty components such as pumps, motors, sensors, wiring, and control parts
Attend onsite breakdowns and support customers when required
Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in servicing or repairing automated machines, car wash systems, or kiosk equipment is preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanical systems, sensors, and troubleshooting
Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers regarding technical support and service coordination
