- Provide holistic nursing care in accordance with patients’ needs, doctors’ orders, and nursing policies.
- Administer medications, perform nursing procedures, and monitor patients’ conditions diligently.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation, reports, and care plans.
- Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care.
- Supervise and guide new and junior nurses.
