Operations & Engagement Executive

Adecco is partnering a public-sector organisation to hire a Operations & Engagement Executive to support day-to-day ground operations and stakeholder coordination within a dynamic environment.

• What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate with various stakeholders to uphold cleanliness, safety, and general operations
• Support ground engagements to address operational issues and improvement works
• Participate in inspections and joint site visits when required

• Conduct routine checks to ensure compliance with operational guidelines
• Handle administrative processes related to tenancy matters and documentation
• Support processing of applications, requests, and operational cases

• Manage feedback from the public in a professional and timely manner
• Handle appeals and case follow-ups with care and attention to detail
• Support implementation of new initiatives and ensure ground compliance

• Degree in Business Administration/Project Management/Business Management/related field - Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Confident communicator with good stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• A team player with good problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working beyond office hours and on weekends when required

• Exposure to operations in a real-world, community-facing environment
• Opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders and gain hands-on experience
• Build valuable skills in operations, coordination, and public engagement
