Cleaner & Kitchen Assistant (Full time/ part time)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining, and toilets
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food prep and kitchen tasks
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Support daily restaurant operations as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role preferred but not required
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Team player with a positive attitude

Working Environment:

• Japanese omakase restaurant
• No pork is served
• Not halal-certified, as alcohol is served

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position
• 6 days a week, with every Sunday off, plus the 2nd and 4th Monday off.
