Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveyor/Building or equivalent experience in Building Construction firm.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Estimating/ Surveying Works in building construction firm.
- PC Literate (MS word / Excel).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Experience in Cubicost 5D BIM Cost (Gloden) will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, developers or project’s team.
- Attend meetings - Site meeting/visit, Tender interview.
- Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers and pricing comparison.
- Evaluate Main Contract/ Sub-Contract works.
- Tendering and project documents administration.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
