JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Part of the operations team
Update transactions into database/excel
Data entry to the system
Ensure documents are ready for archiving
Any other ad hoc matters

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Business Studies/Management/Administration/Shipping or any other relevant education
With internship or minimum 6 months of relevant Operations experience in Commodities/shipping industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel etc
Friendly, able to multi-task, team player, has good interpersonal and communication skills
